Terms & Conditions:
Maximum Luggage allowed per person is 10 Kilograms (including hand baggage), if you are carrying extra baggage, you may need to send the rest by road to your destination.
Maximum Passenger weight (per passenger) should not exceed 85 Kg.
The Helicopter can accommodate a maximum of only 5 Passengers per sortie. Maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per sortie as 1 seat is reserved for VIP movement / Emergency.
Booking is allowed 1 month prior to date of travel only.
Tickets are subject to availability.
Cost indicated in inclusive of service facilitation charges [Non-refundable]
The Helicopter will operate subject to clear weather only; refunds will be done by concerned department of Sikkim Tourism if flight is cancelled.
We are not liable for any cancellations / refunds.
We are not responsible for any kind of force mejure cancellations such as bad weather, over bookings, VIP movements and any other reasons that by be imposed upon by Sikkim Tourism Department.
We will send you a copy of the receipt of Sikkim Tourism; you can collect the tickets at your embarkation point 2 Hrs prior to departure.
All above conditions are same for Charter Booking and Point to point bookings, for charter bookings to North Sikkim only 3 passengers are allowed.
Helicopter is a single engine Pawan Hans operated by Govt. Of Sikkim Department of Tourism.
In case of travel from Gangtok to Bagdogra kindly make sure your connecting flight or commute is at least 6-7 Hrs after your scheduled arrival, so that even if the helicopter does not fly you will have enough time to reach by land.
